Thank you to all of our many supporters for a strong end of our program and fiscal year. As we say goodbye to the 2017-18 Fellows, we anticipate the arrival of 36 new Fellows, more than ever before as we celebrate our newest location, Minneapolis/St. Paul.
This is an exciting time of growth for QVS. It is also a time of transition. As many of you may know, I have made the bittersweet decision to step down from my role as Executive Director of Quaker Voluntary Service. After pouring my heart and soul into founding and leading this incredible work for the past 10 years, it is time for someone new to take this beloved organization to our next level. I leave this work in the exceptional hands of a strong staff team and board, very solid financial footing, and a successful program that now spans five cities with over 130 Alumni.
Please help us spread the word to anyone who may be interested in becoming the next Executive Director of QVS. The full job description and how to apply is now posted on our website: http://www.quakervoluntaryservice.org/employment-at-qvs/
This person should have significant fundraising and management experience and can be located in any of our cities (Atlanta, Philadelphia, Boston, Portland OR, Minneapolis/St. Paul).
